What may be public
TGBA is a sports league. Some information has to be public for standings, rosters, and history to mean anything. Depending on how you participate, the public site may show:
- your chosen display name and gamertag;
- platform;
- current and historical franchise membership;
- game participation, scores, statistics, standings, transactions, awards, and league history;
- a final eligibility, roster, standings, or safety status when that status is necessary for eligibility, rosters, standings, or safety (for example that a player or franchise is ineligible, on probation, or removed); and
- if you opt into free agency, your positions, general availability, time zone, and recruiting status.
TGBA does not publish allegations, private reports, investigation evidence, or staff notes.
Your login email is not public. Password data, IP addresses, user-agent strings, private staff notes, and private evidence paths are not public.
Private game evidence
Captains and authorized participants may upload final-score screens, box-score screens, and related images from NBA 2K27. Those uploads may contain gamertags, in-game avatars, interface elements, scores, statistics, and chat excerpts.
Evidence is private by default. Access is limited to authorized TGBA staff and, when applicable, captains or co-captains of the two franchises involved in that game or dispute. TGBA stores these files outside the public website root and serves them only through an authorized page.
You grant TGBA permission to host, store, inspect, and retain submitted evidence as needed to verify results, resolve disputes, investigate misconduct, rebuild official records, and defend the integrity of a decision. TGBA will not use private evidence as general promotional content without a separate review and an appropriate legal basis or permission.
Crop or exclude unrelated personal information whenever you reasonably can. Do not alter a screenshot in a misleading way.
License for original league content
You retain whatever ownership rights you hold in original content you submit, such as an original franchise name, logo, biography, announcement, or written statement. You grant Cresium Capital Partners LLC, doing business as TGBA, a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, and distribute that content only as reasonably necessary to:
- operate and administer the league;
- identify franchises and participants;
- publish schedules, standings, statistics, awards, and historical records;
- investigate disputes and enforce rules; and
- promote TGBA, its seasons, franchises, players, and events.
This license continues for published league history and archival records after you leave the league. You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that TGBA's permitted use will not knowingly violate another person's rights.
Do not upload NBA, WNBA, NBA G League, 2K, Take-Two, PlayStation, Xbox, or other third-party logos as a franchise mark.
Retention
Verified competition records and supporting evidence are retained for the life of the league unless law, safety, storage limits, or a documented policy requires earlier deletion. Deactivating your account ends login access and can disconnect your private email from the public competition identity. It does not erase completed games or other records needed to keep standings and history accurate.
